§ 34-48A-35 — Scope of rules.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-48 EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

The Department of Public Safety may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:

(1)The establishment of minimum standards of local effort to obtain financial assistance under this chapter and the procedures for obtaining such assistance;

(2)The establishment of compensation levels for emergency management workers under subdivision 34-48A-22(3); and (3) The standards and procedures for providing benefits under the Disaster Relief Act of 1974, as amended by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act of 1988.
