No later than March thirty-first of each year, each township board of supervisors shall provide to the Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management, information that will enable emergency agencies to reach each member of the board of supervisors, the township constable, and the township clerk at any time, day or night. The information necessary shall include home, business, and other personal telephone numbers including any facsimile transmission machines and cellular or mobile telephone numbers; and home, business, and other personal addresses; employer's name and telephone number; home, business, and other personal email or internet addresses. The board of township supervisors shall also provide information on any employee of the township responsible for any of the funct

Any township with fewer than ten registered voters in the township is exempted from the provisions of §§ 34-48A-13 to 34-48A-18 , inclusive.
