§ 34-44-32 — Responsibility of counties for providing disposal sites.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-43 ASBESTOS ABATEMENT TRAINING PROJECT

Each county of the state shall be responsible for providing a disposal site for asbestos - containing materials which has been approved by the department. Such sites may include those made available through written agreements with other counties or subdivisions of government.
