§ 34-44-20 — Training approval requirements.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-43 ASBESTOS ABATEMENT TRAINING PROJECT

The approval requirements established by the board under § 34-44-19 shall reflect the level of training that a course provider shall offer to satisfy the certification requirements under § 34-44-10 and the certification requirements under § 34-44-14 .
