§ 34-4-5 — Employment of nursing personnel by county commissioners.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-4 COUNTY NURSE

The board of county commissioners of any county may at any time when in their judgment and discretion the public health and interests of such county will be benefited thereby, employ nursing personnel as defined in chapter 36-9 .
