§ 34-35A-3 — Interference with alarm system as felony.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-35A FIRE ALARMS
A person who intentionally interferes with or impairs or damages any public fire alarm system, apparatus, wire, or associated equipment, thereby rendering such equipment inoperative, is guilty of a Class 5 felony.
