Text
The operation of any crematory in this state, other than a medical facility crematory, must at all times be under the direction and supervision of a person who:
(1)Is licensed as a funeral director, in accordance with chapter 36-19 ; and (2) Has successfully completed a crematory operator program approved by the State Board of Funeral Service .
