Text
Upon completion of a cremation, crematory personnel shall remove, from the cremation chamber, all recoverable cremation residue. Crematory personnel shall place the cremated remains into an urn, if so directed in the authorization to cremate form. If no directives are included in the authorization to cremate form, crematory personnel shall place the cremated remains into a temporary container. If all of the cremated remains do not fit in the selected urn or temporary container, crematory personnel shall place any remainder into an additional temporary container and release, deliver, or dispose of the urn and any containers in accordance with the directives in the authorization to cremate form.
