Text

The physician or other person in attendance at or after the delivery shall file the report of fetal death to the Department of Health within seven days of delivery. If a fetal death occurs without medical attendance upon the mother at or after delivery, the coroner shall complete the report within twenty - four hours after taking charge of the case.
