§ 34-23A-46 — Licensing of abortion facilities.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-23 PERFORMANCE OF ABORTIONS

Except as provided by § 34-23A-47 , no person may establish or operate an abortion facility in this state without an appropriate license issued under §§ to 34-23A-51 , inclusive. Each abortion facility shall have a separate license. No abortion facility license is transferrable or assignable.
