§ 34-21-48 — Time for notice.
South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34 RADIATION AND URANIUM RESOURCES EXPOSURE CONTROL
The notice required in § 34-21-47 shall be delivered, in writing, at least seventy - two hours before the transporting occurs.
