§ 34-21-33 — Files maintained by agency.
South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34 RADIATION AND URANIUM RESOURCES EXPOSURE CONTROL
The agency shall maintain a file of:
(1)All license applications, issuances, denials, amendments, transfers, renewals, modifications, suspensions, revocations, and any administrative or judicial action pertaining thereto;
(2)Registrants possessing sources of ionizing radiation requiring registration under the provisions of this chapter and any administrative or judicial action pertaining thereto;
(3)All rules and regulations relating to regulation of sources of ionizing radiation, pending, or promulgated, and proceedings thereon; and (4) All monitoring data gathered by or submitted to the agency.
