§ 34-20G-62 — Employment restrictions on medical cannabis establishments.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-20F MEDICAL CANNABIS

A medical cannabis establishment may not employ any person who:

(1)Was convicted of a disqualifying felony offense; or (2) Is under twenty-one years of age.
