Text
The department shall give written notice to the qualifying patient of the reason for:
(1)Denying a registry identification card to the qualifying patient or to the qualifying patient's designated caregiver; or (2) Revoking the registry identification card of the qualifying patient or the qualifying patient's designated caregiver.
