§ 34-20F-7 — Advertising that loose leaf incense can be ingested prohibited--Violation as misdemeanor.
No manufacturer, distributor, or retailer may advertise to the public, directly or indirectly, that loose leaf incense can be ingested. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
