§ 34-20B-52 — Civil action for recovery from unlawful distributor--Limitation of actions.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-20 DRUGS AND SUBSTANCES CONTROL

All suits for damages under chapter 34-20C shall be by civil action in any court of this state having jurisdiction thereof, which shall be commenced within two years of the date on which the injury was incurred.
