§ 34-20B-49 — Criminal penalties in addition to civil and administrative penalties.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-20 DRUGS AND SUBSTANCES CONTROL

Any penalty imposed for violation of §§ 34-20B-42 to 34-20B-48 , inclusive, shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any civil or administrative penalty or sanction authorized by law.
