Text

To be included within Schedule IV, a substance shall have:

(1)A low potential for abuse relative to the substances listed in Schedule III;
(2)Currently accepted medical use in the United States; and (3) Limited physical dependence or psychological dependence liability or potential, or both, relative to the substances listed in Schedule III.
