§ 34-20B-11 — Criteria for inclusion of substance in Schedule I.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-20 DRUGS AND SUBSTANCES CONTROL

To be included within Schedule I, a substance shall have:

(1)A high potential for abuse;
(2)No accepted medical use in the United States; and (3) A lack of accepted safety for use under medical supervision.
