Text

The provisions of §§ 34-20-1 to 34-20-5 , inclusive, as to labeling and registration of sales of poisons shall not apply to the sale of such by registered pharmacists upon the prescriptions of duly licensed, practicing physicians, dentists, or veterinary surgeons.
