Text

No poison shall be delivered to any person until such person shall have entered his name in the seller's poison register, and until the seller shall have satisfied himself that the purchaser understands the poisonous nature of the article and that such poison is to be used for legitimate purposes; nor shall any poison be delivered to any minor under sixteen years of age except upon written order of an adult known to the seller.
