Text

Section 34-20-24 shall not apply to the laying out of poison for the control of ground squirrels, pocket gophers, mice, prairie dogs, rabbits, and other food, crop, and tree destroying rodents or magpies and insects by a landowner or a lessee on his own land or land controlled by him.
