§ 34-12H-2 — Patient or representative may execute MOST.
South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-12H ADVANCE CARE PLANNING FOR PATIENT WITH TERMINAL CONDITION
A patient with decision-making capacity, or in the case that a patient lacks decision-making capacity, the patient's authorized representative, may execute a MOST in the form and manner prescribed by § 34-12H-4 .
