§ 34-12-59 — License required to operate birth center.
South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34 REGULATION OF HOSPITALS AND RELATED INSTITUTIONS
Except as provided in § 34-12-60 , no person may establish or operate a birth center in this state without an appropriate license issued under §§ 34-12-57 to 34-12-63 , inclusive.
