§ 34-12-58 — Location of birth center.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34 REGULATION OF HOSPITALS AND RELATED INSTITUTIONS

Any birth center shall be located within thirty minutes normal driving time of a hospital licensed pursuant to this chapter that provides routine birth services.
