§ 34-12-57 — Services of licensed birth center.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34 REGULATION OF HOSPITALS AND RELATED INSTITUTIONS

Any birth center licensed by the state in accordance with this chapter, may operate to provide care for women before, during, and after normal pregnancy, labor, and birth.
