§ 34-12-22 — Appeal from department.
South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-11B REGULATION OF HOSPITALS AND RELATED INSTITUTIONS
Any person aggrieved by any decision or ruling of the said Department of Health may appeal under the provisions of chapter 1-26 .
