§ 34-10-18 — Failure of bond issue on failure of district.

South Dakota·Title 34 PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY·Ch. 34-10 PUBLIC HOSPITAL DISTRICTS

If the bond issue receives sixty percent of the votes cast and the creation of the district fails to receive sixty percent of the votes cast under § 34-10-9 , the bond issue is deemed to have failed.
