§ 27A-4-3 — Appointment of administrator.
The secretary of social services shall appoint an administrator of the South Dakota Human Services Center. The administrator shall be the chief executive officer of the South Dakota Human Services Center. The administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the secretary of social services.
