If, at any time prior to the hearing required in § 27A-15-19 , the chairman of the county board determines that the criteria in § 27A-15-5 are not met, he shall order the administrator or facility director to immediately discharge the minor to the custody of his parent and shall inform the minor's parent of the existence of the local interagency team serving the area where the inpatient facility is located and the interagency team serving the minor's area of residence if in South Dakota and different from the local interagency team.
