§ 27A-13-14 — Collection of delinquent accounts--Credit to general fund.

South Dakota·Title 27A MENTALLY ILL PERSONS·Ch. 27A-13 COSTS OF CARE AND TREATMENT IN STATE FACILITIES
If any account has been delinquent for six months or more, the Department of Social Services shall notify the attorney general which shall be responsible for collecting the delinquent moneys by any legal means available. All amounts collected shall be deposited to the credit of the general fund.
