Text

The chairman or acting chairman of the board of mental illness shall cause to be filed in the office of the clerk of courts all papers and any other records of proceedings connected with any inquest of the board, and properly belonging to his office with all notices, reports, and other communications. The clerk of courts shall keep separate books in which to record the proceedings of the board, and his entries shall be sufficiently full to show, with the papers filed, a complete record of the findings, orders, and transactions of the board. All records of proceedings under this title shall be subject to the confidentiality and access provisions of § 27A-12-25 et seq.
