§ 25-6A-2 — Administration of compact.
South Dakota·Title 25 DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Ch. 25-6A INTERSTATE COMPACT ON ADOPTION AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE
The Governor may appoint a compact administrator. The administration of the compact shall be in the Department of Social Services.
