§ 25-5A-35 — Surrender of newborn--Parental rights termination hearing.

South Dakota·Title 25 DOMESTIC RELATIONS·Ch. 25-4B VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RELATIONS

Sixty days after the emergency services provider or licensed child placement agency accepts physical custody of the newborn, a hearing must be held in circuit court to terminate parental rights.
