§ 25-4A-27 — Modification of existing orders.
The enactment of §§ 25-4A-21 to , inclusive, does not constitute a substantial change in circumstances justifying the modification of existing custody orders, but the provisions of §§ 25-4A-21 to , inclusive, shall apply to modification proceedings which are otherwise properly before the court.
