South Dakota·Title 23A CRIMINAL PROCEDURE·Ch. 23A MENTAL HEALTH PROCEDURES IN CRIMINAL JUSTICE

Office of Indigent Legal Services--Purpose. There is hereby created the Office of Indigent Legal Services. The office shall provide indigent representation services and shall oversee indigent representation services in the state courts to ensure the effective assistance of counsel where there is a right to counsel under state or federal law.
