Text
It shall be the duty of the court reporter, when directed by the judge, to write the official statements of the judge and state's attorney referred to in § 23A-27-32 . It shall be the duty of the clerk of the court to cause such official statements to be attached to the certified copy of the judgment of conviction to be delivered by the sheriff to the warden of the state correctional facility at the time of the delivery of the convict.
