§ 15-2-34 — Action for recovery of damages against regional airport authority--Commencement.

South Dakota·Title 15 CIVIL PROCEDURE·Ch. 15-1 LIMITATION OF ACTIONS GENERALLY

Any action to recover damages for personal injury or death caused by the negligence of a regional airport authority, created pursuant to § 50-6A-2 , may only be commenced within two years of the alleged negligence. This section is prospective in application.
