Text
When the real property consists of several distinct farms, tracts, lots, or parcels, they must be sold separately, unless:
(1)They consist of platted lots having a structure partly upon each, in which case they must be sold as one tract; or (2) There is a paramount lien upon two or more separate farms, tracts, lots, or parcels, in which case such distinct farms, tracts, lots, or parcels must be sold as one tract, subject to such paramount lien.
