§ 1-51-2 — Division of Highway Patrol transferred.

South Dakota·Title 1 STATE AFFAIRS AND GOVERNMENT·Ch. 1-51 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
The Division of Highway Patrol and its functions in the former Department of Commerce and Regulation are transferred to the Department of Public Safety created by Executive Reorganization Order 2003-01. The secretary of the Department of Public Safety shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Commerce and Regulation, relating to the Division of Highway Patrol.
