§ 55-9-220 — Transfer of unexpended monies appropriated for airport development to airport repairs.
Any unexpended monies appropriated for airport development for a particular county may be transferred to repairs to airports for that particular county upon request of the division.

Effect of Amendment The 1993 amendment substituted "division" for "South Carolina Aeronautics Commission". The 2012 amendment made nonsubstantive changes.
