The Department of Parks, Recreation, and Tourism shall acquire by purchase, lease or gift approximately two acres of land, more or less, in the area of Fort Watson on the banks of Lake Francis Marion, four miles north of the intersection of U.
S.Highway No. 15 and South Carolina Highway No. 6 at Santee.
