§ 44-80-120 — PA may create, execute, and sign POST form under certain circumstances.
A physician assistant (PA) may create, execute, and sign a POST form if authorized to do so by his or her scope of practice guidelines. The POST form must be for a patient of that PA, the PA's supervising physician, or both.
