South Carolina·Title 39 TRADE AND COMMERCE·Ch. 77 ELECTRONIC DISSEMINATION OF COMMERCIAL RECORDINGS OR AUDIOVISUAL WORKS
(A)A violation of this chapter constitutes an unfair trade practice pursuant to Section 39-5-20.
(B)A public or private right or remedy prescribed by Chapter 5 may be used to enforce this chapter.
