Text
(A)The administrator may make investigations, within or without this State, as it finds necessary or appropriate to:
(1)determine whether a person has violated or is about to violate this chapter or a regulation of the administrator; or (2) aid in enforcement of this chapter.
(B)The administrator may publish information concerning a violation of this chapter or a regulation of the administrator.
(C)For purposes of an investigation or a proceeding under this chapter the administrator or an officer or employee designated by regulation may administer oaths and affirmations, subpoena witnesses, compel their attendance, take evidence, and require the production of books, papers, correspondence, memoranda, agreements, or other documents or records which the administrator finds to be relevant
