§ 44-70-50 — Prohibition on transfer or assignment of license; suspension or revocation.
A license to operate as an in-home care provider is:
(1)not transferable or assignable; and (2) subject to suspension or revocation for failure to comply with a provision of this chapter or regulations promulgated by the department.
