§ 44-7-2050 — Officers of board of directors; compensation; term of office.
The board, at its initial meeting, shall elect one of its members as chairman, one as vice-chairman, and one as secretary. The officers shall serve for a term of two years and until their successors are elected and qualify. Members of the board shall serve without compensation, but shall be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred while in the performance of authorized duties.
