Text
An emergency clinic or emergency hospital is a facility which advertises or otherwise purports to provide veterinary medical services during specified hours of operation or during periods when these services are not normally available through other facilities. Nothing contained in this chapter is intended to prohibit a facility from providing services of an emergency nature. A licensed veterinarian must be in attendance at the emergency facility at all hours of operation and have sufficient staff always available to provide timely and appropriate care.
