(A)The board may issue a license to a qualified applicant who:
(1)is licensed to practice veterinary medicine in another state if the applicant furnishes satisfactory proof that he is a graduate of an approved veterinary college and is in good standing in his respective state; and (2) has passed the National Board Examination and the Clinical Competency Test as prepared under the authority of the National Board Examination Committee for Veterinary Medicine (NBEC), or its predecessor organization, the National Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, or any subsequent national licensing examination prepared under the authority of the NBEC or the American Association of Veterinary State Boards; and (3) has passed the state licensing exam; and (4) has completed thirty qualifying continuing ed
