§ 48-62-10 — Definitions.
South Carolina·Title 48 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION·Ch. 62 DISASTER RELIEF AND RESILIENCE ACT
As used in this article:
(1)"Fund" means the Disaster Relief and Resilience Reserve Fund.
(2)"Office" means the South Carolina Office of Resilience.
